In April, Diaverum Singapore relocated its headquarters to a new space, bringing staff closer to each other and creating a more harmonious work environment.

Located in Paya Lebar, a district in Central East Singapore, the new office is housed within a bustling commercial mixed development that consists of a 10-storey office tower and 3 levels of retail experiences, including more than 100 outlets, F&B options, supermarket and banks.

The complex is seamlessly connected to public transport, making it easily accessible from and to various parts of Singapore.  The wider area is also served by several bus routes, providing convenient connectivity.

The move was driven by a desire to find a bigger space that would meet Diaverum Singapore’s growing business needs.  The new office will house all staff -  including management, finance, operations, human resources and clinical operations – under one roof, encouraging open communication and closer collaboration between teams, boosting work efficiencies. It also boasts bigger meeting rooms, to accommodate large staff meetings, call booths for staff to take their calls without disruption, and open seating to foster greater camaraderie. In addition, the spaces have been branded with Diaverum’s visual identity, serving as a daily reminder of our True care culture.

Venanssa Goh, Country Manager for Singapore, had this to say about the new office: “Creating a more efficient work environment, with everyone now operating within a single unit, is a significant improvement compared to our previous setup. The new office benefits from natural daylight, which enhances energy levels and concentration, contributing to a more vibrant and focused atmosphere. Cultivating such a positive work environment is essential for ensuring employee satisfaction and is a key factor in our company's success”.
