As part of our ongoing commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement in renal care, Diaverum Singapore was delighted to host Ms Yen Tan, the new CEO of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Singapore and her team at our Fajar clinic.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity for both organisations to connect, exchange insights, and explore areas of synergy. During the session, we shared about Diaverum’s digital innovations aimed at improving clinical efficiency and patient experience — including our proprietary systems and tools that support data-driven care. We also introduced our signature d.HOLIDAY programme, which enables dialysis patients to travel safely and receive treatment at Diaverum clinics around the world.
